Better than I expected!
Limited parking area.Hotel was very neat and clean and definitely worth the small amount I paid for the hotel. Located close to lots of restaurants and just outside the city of Jackson, MS

Friendliness of staff.Non-smoking and smoking rooms located on same floor.I have severe problems with smoke. My floor was a mixed smoking, non-smoking floor and the hall was filled with cigarette smoke. I was told by the hotel staff that there were no other rooms available.
