I like the courtyard around the pool area. I didn't have to walk my dog in a parking lot.I would like to have been able to check in earlier. In person the staff was great, on the phone. Not so good.We had an overall good experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. The free breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and the pool was clean.

When asked, the clerk said the pool was open.After checking in, I was told that the pool was closed. My kids were upset.If you're going to tell people that the pool is open, make sure your filtration equipment works.
