Staff was friendly and helpful.1st assigned room had strong stale tobacco odor.When I asked to be assigned another room because of the strong odor in my room, the manager on duty was very helpful. All the staff members were friendly and made me feel welcome.

Not a thing.Not clean, not a suite, not willing to accommodate the custom.The room was dirty, we had no water for 5 hours without any apology.

The hotel was very clean, the front desk people called me to ask how I liked the room 10 minutes after checking in which was very nice.N/AGreat hotel, very clean, great location, nice pool, I had a small refrigerator, micro wave, and coffee maker. I will stay at this hotel for all my trips there to Peoria.
