Cleanliness, staff. A bit hard to find but still close to everything. Very clean hotel. Lobby was immaculate as was my spacious room. I could tell the staff was new but they were very friendly and made sure to answer any question/request even if they had to go out of their way to get an answer. Convenient. Very bad service when problems brought up to desk personnel. Granddaughter and Grandmother bite by bed bugs. Personnel did not hand situations when brought to their attention. They us to shot off the water in the bathroom and took their time getting someone into the room to clean. Granddaughter and her grandmother suffered bites from bed bugs. Very friendly front staff. Nothing. A very well run motel. If you want to get into town and then get out this is the place for you. Very comfortable and at a good price.
