Comfortable, clean, quiet, awesome staff, location, has an indoor pool. 
Pool heater didn't heat pool at all. I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was wonderful! The lobby was very comfortable to wait with children in. Rooms were clean and attractive. Breakfast area, except the meats weren't heated. Temperature in pool and hot tub (COLD!). The location is nice with restaurants within walking distance.

Convenient location. A little noisy (road/traffic noise). Pretty much met our expectations insofar as price and location for a one-night "on the road" accommodation. --would not choose it for business or vacation where I would be in the area for several days.

Out of the way, but still convenient. Carpet was threadbare. An ok value for what we paid.
