Overall Rating:
Hot breakfast reasonably priced. Fridge and microwave in all rooms.
Carpets very dirty - made you wonder about what you couldn't see.The beds were comfortable and the sheets appeared clean. For our purposes the hotel was OK. We were just using is as a hot shower and a warm place to sleep while we attended an outdoor festival.

Requires new mattress in all the rooms.The bed.It is okay but nothing special.

The concierge was amazing and helpful. The mints were tasty.The toilet paper was not a fresh roll, although fresh rolls were available.The hotel was an excellent stay. Parking was plentiful and the help was excellent. Although it was minus 15 outside the room was very cozy.

It was quiet and decent water pressure. I didn't use any of their facilities so won't comment.We had a room off the parking lot which was non-smoking. I am a smoker and the rain spout created a large puddle outside our room � ended up wet!Other than the problem with the puddle outside our sliding doors, the hotel was fine.
