It is a vintage style facility with 3 stories, no elevator, and 37 rooms ranging USD 69 dollars to USD 169 for a suite. The more original rooms are modest in size, freshly updated while maintaining the charm and character with 1911 original dressers and many other antiques. Unpretentious yet elegant, the restaurant serves fresh regional cooked to order meals, full time in summer, and weekends shoulder months. Reservations encouraged as we also host special and private events and theme packages. Located in an Association of victorian cottages, the summer becomes and music campus and cultural center with concerts and theatre each week and more activities in nearby Petoskey just 1 mile south. The bay is 3 blocks from the Inn and guests can use Bay Views private beach, rent kayaks, or bike Little Traverse wheelway. Check-in is at 4 00 PM. Guests planning to arrive before or after this time must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions.
