The staff was kind but not very helpful.Dirty everything. Did not have iron or board, we borrowed one and it ruined my sons close before a funeral. No mirror, no hairdryer attached.We had so many problems. Tough time checking in, no mirror, hair dryer, iron and board, Kleenex, clock, no soda, no ice. Housekeeping staff friendly.Reserved a room w/a sleeper sofa & did not get one in my room.The whole stay was unsatisfactory. The milk to the continental barks was locked in a fridge. It came with a mini fridge and microwave.Not enough lighting.I liked how at the breakfast you could make your own Texas shaped waffles. The staff is friendly and the room was a good size. The beds could be more comfortable though.
