It was cheap!
There was no central air. Very old-fashioned. The toilet was broken and was flushing all day and night. No one came to fix it.
The room had the old-fashioned heater/AC turn on and off at the window. No central air...not a good idea for the weather in Philly...Also, the personnel were not so friendly and helpful.
