          The staff gave us the room which someone already occupied.
          The check out time for this hotel is 11:00 am which
          I didn't like.

          Location, staff, and room all were nice surprises.
          Construction noise (temporary).
          Very convenient to Chinatown, and the big convention center. The room was small, but very clean, and front-desk staff were great. Don't be troubled by the homeless shelter next door, it is quiet, and seems to be run with excellent discipline.

          Parking,construction problems across street, breakfast was minimal at best
