Arizona State Capitol Complex, Downtown Phoenix, the Civic Center, Art Museums, golf Courses and many businesses, restaurants and shopping centers are also nearby. We offer a free continental breakfast, free wireless internet access, free parking, outdoor heated pool, free local calls and daily USA today newspaper on weekdays. Our rooms have in-room coffee maker, hairdryer, alarm clock radio, iron and ironing board. Some rooms have refrigerator and microwave. Positive Comment - Nothing.

Negative Comment - Bad smells (cigarette smoke) in the hallways.

Review - It was in a poor section of town. My car was keyed in their parking lot. It was over 45 minutes from the funeral I was attending.

Negative Comment - The outside doors to the buildings were not locked. It was very loud.

Review - The hotel was clean and semi comfortable. Did not use pool facility. Outside doors did not lock. People were very loud. Did not feel very safe here. Power was out for part of building.

Positive Comment - Friendly and helpful staff. Grounds and pool were beautiful and well maintained. Enjoyed the continental breakfast every morning.
