Great, friendly staff. Mini bar not stocked. No condiments for coffee. Very nice hotel with exceptional staff. Spa was very nice. Sorry I could only stay one night.

Room was big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I was very impressed with the room and thought it was well worth the money. We did not have full use of the water park. We loved our stay here. We went during the off season in Sept so there were no crowds. Our only complaint was that the Oasis water park was only half open. The wave pool was open but not the river nor the slides.
