Staff was very friendly, Rooms were comfortable.Continental breakfast needs more stuff (oatmeal or eggs). You can only use the stairwell in case of emergency.Right off the highway, very easy to get anywhere, only 7 minutes from downtown Phoenix.

The bed was very comfortable.We chose this hotel (chain) for thier breakfast. then breakest was a major let down.we really liked the soap they provided. the intrance door into the room did not go to the floor, there was a large gap at the bottom witch let in a ridiculous amount of light in from the hall.

The staff were amazing, attentive, and dedicated to serving the guests.The entire second floor was dedicated to smoking rooms and thus smelled like smoke.When we arrived, it was late in the evening and we were tired. The staff upgraded our room from a double bed to king, and made sure we had a room on the interior since we had a 3 month old with us. The ability to select pillows was a nice touch.
