Easy parking.
Had to plunge own toilet.
This hotel was clean the air conditioner worked great it was quiet close to a good restaurant and freeway.

Easy to find.
Night shift security guard was lazy and loud!
Good for single folks or for anyone staying a short period of time. The area is kind of run down and the locals were seedy at best. All in all not a bad experience but I will stay somewhere else next time. I'm in Phoenix.

All the staff was friendly and everything was very clean and kept up.
The walls are paper thin and everything going on in other rooms/outside could be heard.
