 Positive Comment - Early, and hot breakfast items.

 Negative Comment - At 0.5 miles from the convention center, this is a bit of a hike in 100 degree weather.

Review - Hotel looks new, rooms clean and well maintained. Hot breakfast items served at 6:30 am. Free shuttle transportation to the airport ($17 cab ride) can be arranged, but unfortunately they will only do this with 24 hours advance notice. Overall, only one ma...Read More

 Positive Comment - Staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable.

 Negative Comment - It didn't have a restaurant or room service.

Review - This is a perfect hotel to stay at if you are attending sporting events at Chase Field! It is within walking distance of the field and numerous restaurants. The hotel is extremely well kept and the staff is very friendly. The bed was wonderful.

Review - Hotel was great, the staff-not so great. There was a young man who was very helpful and polite, other than that the others were not helpful and were rude.

 Positive Comment - Location to the ballpark and downtown restaurants was perfect, just what we were looking for.

 Negative Comment - Breakfast area needed more room, people did not have a place to sit to eat.

 Positive Comment - We like the to stay in a hotel with a kitchenette, with a microwave and fridge. Also, the kids like the swimming pool.

 Negative Comment - Everything was great.

Review - I enjoyed the area, it was close to downtown Phoenix, but there was not very many good restaurants nearby. It was safe, I like the hotel where there is security everywhere. And the rooms were not too big or not too small.
