Out door pool was great after it cooled down outside.
The internet didn't work and I was unable to check on things back home.
Hot in Phoenix! Great location, fairly easy to find from the airport.

The fact that it was in Iowa.
Great accommodations, comfortable bed and very quiet. Free use of high speed internet was so nice to have. I would stay there again just because of that! Good location. Normal checkout is at Noon and late check out is at 2:00 PM - how nice!

Hotel clerk was not well informed.
Glad they have made changes still need to work some things out with staff members but it still was a wonderful experience.

Very clean, friendly staff, easy access to freeway.
My only complaint is that I asked that the TV in the exercise by turned on and it never was, I was there for an hour.
Nice pool and hot tub, clean room and hallways, friendly staff. Did not use the restaurant.
