Indoor pool and hot tub. Location.
Beds were old and worn out. Back ache.Great location and facilities. Our room was a twin bed not king as asked. Bed was very uncomfortable. In general good place to stay. Breakfast was good. Coffee mediocre.

Good free breakfast, and very friendly staff.Hot tub was too cold, but indoor pool area overall was nice.I was happy with my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Pigeon Forge. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and the hotel has a good free breakfast in the mornings. The indoor pool area was nice, but the hot tub was too cold.

Staff was very helpful.Newly renovated but issues with door locks.Overall, everything was great. The first room we went to we had issues with getting the door to unlock. We were transferred to another room and the staff was very helpful in doing so.

The free breakfast bar was nice. Free meal, good food.The heated indoor pool did not seem warm enough.This hotel was worth the money. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. The hot breakfast bar helped with our vacation budget. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

Location, quiet, comfortable.Carpet was old and unappealing (appeared dirty).Nice hotel, convenient location, comfortable bed and quiet. Only complaint would be the carpet (old and unappealing), good continental breakfast, would stay there again.

For this trip it met all our needs and a little more than we expected.N/AThe staff is very helpful and will reserve any place in the area at the hotel. The rooms were clean and had all the extras we needed to be comfortable.
