Service and quality of hotel.
AC needed to be repaired, due to not operating right, requested different room, request denied, AC was only fixed on low fan setting after multiple complaints then after receiving emergency phone call and having to leave staff became very unfriendly.

Room had 3 queen beds and 2 rooms not something you can find at other hotels.
Was like a suite with the number of beds and rooms.
For the price and only staying one night it was a great hotel.

The carpet was extremely dirty and we had to ware shoes at all times in the room to keep from getting dirty feet.
Would be a nice place to stay if carpet was clean.

I really like the location and the layout of our room was nice.
The fact that there is no elevator and the ramps can be a long distance from your room.
