The Pool.
Rooms had mold, bathroom too small, piss-ants everywhere.Thinking about staying well don't. Me and my family stayed here while we were in Pigeon Forge and it was the worst you could get. Our room was covered in mold and piss-ants. The wall trimming kept on falling down and the toilet wouldn't even work properly...Read More

Good location.The hotel appeared to be old and dated.We will stay somewhere else next time. For the price it was an ok stay. I would have been upset if we had paid the published rates. My daughters enjoyed the jacuzzi pool.

Nothing.Everything.Dirty, beds was awlful, walls paper thin, hot or cold no comfortable settings! Messed up our rooms one was suppose to have 2 beds, so we had to change rooms. service was slow. Way over priced for what you get.

Located near to Dixie Stampede and attractions.Hotel was extremely dark in the evening, they turn out all the door lights and pool lights on the walkways of the hotel.Ok place to stay for a short stay. Beautiful river bank behind facility with ducks for children to feed. Hotel was poorly illuminated at night. They had a microwave and refrigerator in the room.Lost cell phone. Hotel found and called us. Then they lost it and claim they never found.The hotel was your average economy hotel at first sight. Nothing. We ended up moving to another hotel.It was dirty and not kept up at all.It was dirty and dingy. The staff was hard to find and it seemed very unsafe. We went and stayed with family in another hotel.
