Very rude when checking in very dirty room.This was one of the worst rooms. The room was filthy, we stayed less than half and hour.

Very convenient for the car show.Dirty carpet, no top, sheets did not fit bed, unhappy overall.We have stayed at this place 3 other times and was very nice. Plenty of parking.There was no ice machine in our building and the soda machines did not work.The hotel said it had a continental breakfast but only served coffee and orange juice. Near Dollywood and attractions.Breakfast.It was nice as long as you stay in towers. We called hotel and up graded to towers. Old section was not so nice. Make sure you ask for towels.

It had an indoor pool, but it was small in size.The rooms were old and needed new carpet. The bathtubs were not clean looking in appearance.I have stayed at this hotel before in the newer part and it was fine. The older part is out of date and needs to be re done.

Convenience.Ice machine.I have stayed at this hotel before. The first time we stayed in a regular room, this time we stayed in a suite. For the money, go for the suite. It only cost a little more. It is very nice. Everyone was friendly. We will stay there again!
