The staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent omlettes at breakfast!The breakfast room is hidden. Staff pointed the way, otherwise there's no indication it exists.Very functional and clean.

The fridge in the room.Air Conditioning didn't work, received smoking hotel when did not want.Staff were not friendly, asked for a non smoking room and received a smoking room, air conditioning did not work properly leaving the room stuffy in the middle of the night, ash was dropped around the bed, floor did not feel clean when walked on.

It was convenient to Pimlico.I left a note requesting another package of coffee. The request was ignored.It was convenient to the Beltway and convenient to Pimlico. The coffee pot was broken.
