Overall Rating:
Great customer service.
Lobby and hotel was not clean and room had a smell.Overall is was okay. I just expected more when I walked through the door. Mainly because of the name and the outward appearance.

Only about 3 people stayed there.It looked liked it wasn't open for business wallpaper off the walls furniture every where they were putting it together.It was really bad old all the wall paper stripped off the walls furniture being put together in the lobby, It is down town and town very depressed should have stay out by the freeway don't recommend this hotel we were the only whites.

Location.Under construction, dirty, pool nasty.They lost my information. The staff is not well kept. It has the potential to be a great hotel, seeing it is connected to the cities Convention Center. Someone needs to care about this hotel.

The Royal Arkansas hotel was in shambles when I arrived. I did not stay there because it was unclean and unsafe. The restaurant was boarded up unopened.There was nothing appealing about this hotel.The Royal Arkansas Hotel was in disarray when I arrived. Overall Rating:
Nothing a total waste.No internet, rooms are out dated and dirty.Not worth the time. It is a glorified Motel 6 and sometimes even those have internet in the rooms. There was internet in the lobby but, that is pointless. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were very spacious, clean and the hotel was safe for all ages.The vending machines were not working including the ice machines and the air conditioning units were not up to speed.This Hotel was under renovation, which might explain some of the problems we experienced. But my over all impression was very good under these circumstances, and I would revisit.

Convenient to convention center.No individual thermostats in rooms, no remote for TV.Hotel probably was great in it's prime, but it was run-down, dirty, neglected, and hot.
