Easy to find, no hassle check in.The free wireless internet was a joke, pages loaded slower than dial up.For quick and easy it was ok, but the so called free Internet service was so slow, it was unusable. So if you don't need an internet connection, it was ok, otherwise find another place with better accommodations all the way around.

Good enough in every way.Someone opened the door without knocking. Good thing it was chained locked inside.Would like to know for history of any similar happenings or security breach before.

It was clean and comfortable.N/AWe have trouble with our car key and the hotel did not give us importance, or showed any concern or tried to help to find a solution.

It was clean and was in a good safe location.No pool and the continental breakfast was space.I thought that the rooms were very clean. The location was nice and I felt very safe. I just wish that the day break breakfast that they had actually was what they said it would be.

Close to work.Front desk experience.For second week in a row, we got the same hotel in Pinole. I was traveling for business with a partner and they did not accommodate us as per contract shown at the time of request (2 beds for 2 adults). They charged me extra for the extra person.

The hotel clerk was nice, but was not honest.The room smelled real bad of smoke, he told me it would not be. and the iron was filthy and passed from to room.I would not stay here again because it is more of a party place. I gathered most of the staff lived there. The clerk tried to put me where it was quiet but the parking was over crowded too pricey for that type of place!!

Clean, safe, well lit.Very poor mattress.The hotel was nice except the bed. The manager Frank was very accommodating. The room was clean.
