N/A No iron/ironing board in room..no shampoo. Small rooms. small<BR/>TV high up on cabinet, small desk space. No chairs just a window seat.

The room was worth twice it's cost. Small room. The hotel was wonderful. The room was small. Free WiFi, and breakfast put the hotel over the top.

Good location. NA. Otherwise, a very convenient hotel to the airport. People seem very nice but I was not happy about the additional money that I had to pay.

Airport shuttle. One of the staff members is rude. Unpleasant experience due to some of the staff at the reception.

Free long distance calls and wifi. Hotel had somewhat of a musty smell. A was very pleased with the value I received.

Friendly staff, good location. Small room, kind of run down. Not a bad room, but it was kind of run down. Only 2 little pillows on the bed (not enough for me). No shampoo in the bathroom, only one little bar of soap. But the location was good and the front desk clerk was very friendly.

Convenient to Pittsburgh Airport. Very small rooms with large mirrors. The room was smaller than expected. The bedspread was stained. The pillows were flat. The bathroom was clean, but not enough towels. The front desk staff was pleasant.
