Spacious room and great location.Needs updating.The hotel could use some updating. Softer, thicker mattresses but it was clean and in a great location. Nothing.The location was bad, very hard to get in and out of hotel, service was terrible, rude and unfriendly people. No customer service manners.I would never stay there again.

Close to restaurants and shopping.The check-in staff.The bathroom was not real clean, no plug for bathtub, beds were very hard and pillow to soft. No ironing board only an iron in the room.

Close to my business location.Too pricey for the quality of the room.I would stay there again if it was cheaper. I liked the fact that there were smoking rooms available. I just thought it was too expensive for the quality of the room.
