Situated on the western shore of Lake Champlain, Plattsburgh has played host to a number of historic struggles and events. The city is perhaps best known as the site of the War of 1812's Battle of Plattsburgh, a history that is recounted at the Battle of Plattsburgh Interpretive Center, where models of three American war ships are on display. Plattsburgh's history is further explored at Clinton County Historical Museum and the Kent - Delord House Museum. But historical attractions are not the city's only draw. Parks, golf courses and family amusement centers present an array of opportunities for family fun and outdoor activities. Go-Karting at Ponderosa Family Entertainment Center, scuba diving in Lake Champlain and apple picking at Applejacks Orchard are just a few of the activities that await visitors. Travelers should not miss the Plattsburgh State Art Museum, which features a sculpture park, a gallery of works by Rockwell Kent and a schedule of temporary art exhibitions. .

Cheap, easy on and off the highway.
Open entryway to rooms.Not a bad place for the money. Basically had a bed and a shower.

Price was reasonable.The pillows were to small.If you're looking for value and easy access from rt 87, this is the perfect place. It has all your basic needs for a short stay.The free morning breakfast was a nice way to get your day started.

The amenities.Room was not ready, had to wait for 2 hours, smelled of cigarettes.The amenities. The pool and picnic area were small, but clean. Location is ideal.

Convenience and price.Outdoor access to rooms.We were a bachelor party of 11 guys. We didn't much care where we stayed and this place was fine for that. Nothing special but certainly nothing offensive.

Price.Nothing beyond it is showing its age.It is said, that You get what you pay for, and this pretty much sums up this hotel. so I must say it is a Good Value, on a budget and want to save, then I recommend this for you!
