Overall Rating:
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was out dated and it looked dirty, old.The room was in poor condition but the rest of the facility was very nice, the grounds were kept nicely.

Any request was handled promptly.The beach access was closed very early.My prepaid parking ticket for gate access did not work until my last day. The beach entry closed too early. Good outdoor dining, helpful staff.Ants in bathroom, no carpet in room, ugly beach, no indoor access to room, looked more like a motel.This Hilton looked more like a motel than a nice, 2.5 -3 star hotel. Pool and restaurant level, great buffet.Too much noise in early morning and evening.The hotel a long distance from main airport. Hotel and size of resort.The beach is horrible. Very dirty.Hotel is nice. But after you pay for it they have more fees. I found out after we checked out. A 7 dollar resort fee a day, 4.50 parking fee a day and if you want internet access its 9.95 a fee a day.
