LocationThe desk staff treated us like second class citizens as soon as they saw that the room had been booked on Priceline.I am quite familiar with the area and there are few quality hotels in the area due to high demand in the Summer. Close to African Safari Zoo.No workout facility.Hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. The pool area is nice size. There are a lot of lounge chairs to sit in.

Location.The mattresses need updated, nonsmoking hallway smelled like smoke.Would not recommend this hotel. Decent breakfast buffet and nice pool.

They upgraded our room to Jacuzzi suite for free/shuttle to put in bay docks.Jacuzzi on pool area was cold and dirty the pool was big and nice though.Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel was clean with a fridge and microwave. I would stay here again.
