Close to put in bay ferry.
Gap in door to floor, felt like everyone in hotel could hear us.

It was cheap.
It was in a very depressed area. We were there for a wedding.
The hotel itself was clean, and the people were very friendly. It is just on a busy street in a depressed area. It was quiet though.

Had a free shuttle to jet express.
Room was not ready when promised nor the foldaway bed delivered when promised.
When we went to check in for 3 PM check in time our room was not ready, had to wait for it to be ready. At check in requested a foldaway; however, we had to call again at 1 AM because it was never delivered like they said.
