I liked the location.Needed deep cleaning/maintenance.Mainstay is a decent place to stay where you can cook in the room and rooms get straightened up well daily. Pool was not very big or clean and the ashtrays near the pool stunk.

Price.Room was only 1 star, we had to switched to room.Breakfast ends at 9 am, too early room 224 was inferior, it is not 2 star room, hotel did not have Martin County visitors guides.
