Quiet, convenient, shuttle drivers went out of their way to be helpful.
While the majority of the staff was exceptionally courteous, we did encounter an occasional rude and dismissive desk clerk.

The wait staff<BR/>was all pleasant, outgoing & helpful, especially the courtesy van drives who got us to destinations well in time for events.
We were not comfortable walking at night around the hotel.
