Comfortable bed, and an access to club room.
It's tricky to find.
Checking in at just past midnight after a long flight, the desk clerk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Gave me the code for the club room and free drink/dessert voucher. The beds were comfy and toiletries nice. I slept well.

The room is in the corner of the hallway and it's very small one. We didn't appreciate at all. The receptionist (at check in) was not pleasant.

Carpet in the elevators needed vacuuming.
They apparently had plenty of rooms. I was offered my choice of floor levels and rooms with one or two king beds.

This hotel has a great pool and hot tub, convenient access to airport and highway. Fairly clean. Needs some improvement on some cleaning details.
We did not like finding 5 black hairs in our bathroom, and smudges on fixtures such as toilet paper holders, door handles, Kleenex holder, etc.
Over all we like this hotel and will stay here again! The cleaning staff don't seem to speak English which is quite awkward. And the room cleaning needs to be checked by someone before a new guest arrives since there seemed to be quite a few over-looked c...Read More
