Rooms were no different than any other economy hotel I've stayed in for much less money.This is a regular old hotel that is trying to remodel and upgrade itself - but it is not working. Decent hotel.Not a 3-star hotel; not even a closet. Only clothing rack.Somewhat better than average I-95 roadside hotel with slightly small but decent accommodations and excellent bedding. Excellent shower. Free Internet connection a definite plus.

Attendant at desk helpful when room had a blaring high pitch noise.Location.It was supposed to be 3 star or above, it wasn't, no microwave, no refrigerator nothing special about room or hotel, Holiday Inn, and location was on the circle, no view but highways.

The value was right for our family getaway.Plumbing seemed to need updating and fuse blew whenever blow dryer was used.We really enjoyed our stay at the Portsmouth Holiday Inn in July.
