Location was excellent.The room was in disrepair. The bathroom was in need of remodeling. The room overlooked a truck loading facility.This hotel does not measure up to the standards I expect from a Sheraton. I could have stayed at a Hampton Inn or equivalent for much less and been just as satisfied. I did not eat at any of the hotel restaurants, so I cannot comment on them. I would not ...Read More

Conveniently located to downtown, public areas were very nice.Not 4 star qualities, bathrooms in need of refurbishment, pillows and beds were uncomfortable.Not what we expected or paid for. The bathrooms were old and need to be updated. The pillows were so thick and hard I would need a chiropractor after this visit. The underground garage was dark and dingy.
