The price.Swimming pool was covered with a tarp.Housekeeping staff tried to come into room while we were trying to shower and get dressed (there was a do not disturb sign on the door at the time). We were looking forward to taking a swim, but the pool was not available.

The price.Our room was in much need of a facelift and a good scrubbing. The pool had a tarp over it and not useable.We stayed in the hotel for one night, but if it would have been a longer stay I would have looked for something else. The room was not clean and the pool was out of order.

I liked the comfortable bed. Convenient location.Rooms smelled musty, need deodorizers.This hotel is convenient for us as we come through Portsmouth. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with all the necessities.

King size bed and large room.Badly in need of exterior improvements, painting, upkeep, etc.Good value for the price but hotel needs to spend some money to up fit facilities.
