Good customer service person.I wanted two beds and got one.I requested two queen beds and got a room with one king bed. The hotel was full and could not provide another room. I didn't want to sleep with my adult son in the same bed. Not a good experience.

Very close to hwy 65.The hall ways smelled very smoky and we were in a non smoking room.I was pleased with the location, and the hotel was very nice and clean. Could have used a better paint job in the bathroom. Also the hair dryer did not work.

Clean, inside access to rooms.A little skimpy on towels, only one was cloth in room.This was a well kept, small hotel. But the size fit the area it was in. Good location if you have any business in Prattville, AL or are traveling through this area as it is right off the interstate. It is a good value for the money.

Location.On checking out, clerk charged my credit card again. I told her it was prepaid and she didn¿t know how to cancel charge.The hotel was pleasant except for the bathroom exhaust fan. Too noisy.
