The rooms look like they had just been remodeled. Everything looked very new and clean aside from a few carpet stains. 
Told front desk we were traveling with an elderly couple - 82 and 83 - and they assigned us a room on the second floor -- no elevators. N/A

Large and spacious 2 room suite. I found a few dead bugs on floor and a big spider in sliding door. Nice, convenient location. Easy to find. Close to everything in Prescott and comfortable rooms.

I was very pleased w/ my stay & commend the motel staff for making that possible. Can't think of anything concerning this question. I enjoyed my stay & will use this motel the next time I'm in the area. The great price just made it that much better! Thanks again.

Smelled clean, nice size rooms. Nothing. Great location, close to Town Square, really clean, and spacious.

Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff, good location. Hard beds. Hotel was clean, friendly and served a great breakfast. The beds were hard.

The room was big. We had no air conditioner it broke and they did nothing Other than the air conditioner breaking the hotel was fine. But they should have done something about the air conditioner it was a problem that they knew about.

Location & availability / price for a weekend stay in Prescott. Seemed old and outdated. Location, price, and value for a weekend in Prescott in the late summer was great. Breakfast included was very nice. Two queen beds, non-smoking room. AC did not seem to work well.....particularly during Sat evening into Sunday AM.

Good room & cleanliness. Lack of exhaust fan in bathroom; parking layout difficult to maneuver. Clean, convenient.
