Ease of phone reservations.Bugs, condition of rooms.Room smelled of stale cigarettes & strong air-freshener, resulting in a stink. The front desk and housekeeping staff made every effort to let us check in early.Unfortunately, we were in a smoking room because there wasnt any other room available but that was expected.Super 8 don't sound appealing but the Prescott Valley location has done some improvements to make the hotel much more comfortable than I had expected. It was very updated, with a frig and microwave in the room. It gave us the option to eat in or out.The bed was too firm.This was an overall great experience. When shopping on line you are never sure if what you see is what you will get.

Staff was friendly and very clean.Smoke in the hallways needs better ventilation.A very nice place for overnight and business travelers.
