Friendly of staff.Unavailable handicap room with a roll in shower.The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and neat. We were pleased that the room had 2 queen size beds, and the bathroom was large for wheelchair turn around, and had hand rails. Disappointed the room did not have a roll in shower.

The staff is friendly, professional and helpful.Fitness room could be better.Rooms and facilities are clean and well maintained. Free breakfast bar is good. Staff is the best.

Overall the hotel was great. I liked the pool and hot tub.N/AThe room and lobby area was clean and it is close to shopping and Ski Resort with all kinds of restaurants close by.

Quiet considering the proximity to the major highways!Maintenance needs to work up a punch list on the rooms.Nice place and good location to the ATV trails that we wanted to visit in the area. Would like the hotel services to offer general directions the Hatfield/McCoy Trail System.

Rooms very quiet considering location.N/AEven though there was a firemen's convention going on, especially on our floor, it was amazingly quiet. We enjoyed our brief stay. Would definitely stay again.
