Very helpful and friendly staff.Hard to keep the room cool with unusually warm fall days.Excellent front desk and bell staff. Helpful and friendly despite crowd at check-in due to a convention next door. Roving management staff were engaging and helpful - nice touch!

Large bathroom, clean comfortable bed.Difficult to access the parking garage due to one way streets. Don't miss your turn.We would stay at this hotel again and also recommend it for any type of function. Their ballroom is wonderful. Friendly staff and very helpful. Comfortable bed the most important point.
