It's condition... was not run down. 
One of our towels was pretty frayed. I would no hesitate to stay there if I got the same quality of room and service.

Breakfast buffet, nice location. Poor heating in room and very cold. We chose this hotel for our wedding night due to its location. Overall it was nice, clean, and secure, but our room was at about 60 degrees.
