The bed was sooo comfortable.
Didn't have a frige or microwave.The hotel was great and so was the price, the bed and pillows were awesome, it was so comfortable. I will stay there again.

Easy location to downtown Raleigh, but very quiet location. New hotel.Air conditioning units in rooms are loud.Very clean and nice rooms and bathrooms. The hotel was quiet and away from traffic. Good continental breakfast. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The fitness center had good equipment and water bottles in a refrigerator. Also, our beds had really nice duvet comforters.The hot breakfast consisted of frozen egg items to be microwaved. Long line for only one microwave.We would stay at this hotel again.

The staff was the best staff I have ever met. They made up for the fact that the property is a sick building. It was clean, they made fresh cookies.Very large bugs (cockroaches), moldy mildew smell throughout due to building sweat. Dehumidifier was installed in every room.This is a relatively new property with the most outstanding staff I have ever encountered.
