Accessibility to Interstate 25.
The elevator is poorly located in the rear of the building.
This hotel was neat, staff friendly, breakfast good. The only negative is that the elevator is located in the rear wing of the hotel and was inconvenient to those accommodated in the front wing.

Friendliest hotel I've stayed at.
It was overpriced.
Very friendly. Attentive service. Had to stay here because I was traveling with a pet and they were the only ones that were pet-friendly While the hotel was nice, it was over-priced for what we paid.
