Clean pool and<BR/>clean sheets. Toilet required multiple flushes, room had unpleasant odor, shower valve leaked. They put us in a room with no balcony on the top floor rear of the hotel. Possibly the worst room in the hotel. They did not clean the room after our first night and we had to call the desk on successive nights. The room had a pervasive odor.

Overall Rating:
The grand kids stayed with us and they provided a cot at no charge. The toilet was always getting plugged up. Very nice personnel and pet friendly.

The exterior and interior look of the property and rooms was so spectacular and the staff was very friendly and knew my name. I was disappointed that I never discovered this hotel before, because I would have been staying here. Excellent rooms, staff and most of all super clean. Along interstate 5 I had never seen a comfort inn look so excellent. The hotel was extra clean and the staff was super friendly. The room was nice and large.
