I like the evening reception. I suggest that they add more foods though, like chips, nuts and pretzels! 
There was no separate meat entree in the hot breakfast buffet, the meat was the "bits of sausage in the gravy"! huh??? N/A

Nice swimming pool. Food was not too good. This room was very uncomfortable. The air conditioner didn't cool the whole room. Great staff, friendly and helpful. The pull out sofa was horrible! Everything was good except if you need the pull out sofa, don't, get a rollaway or bring a blow up mattress and sleep on the floor.

Quality of amenities, beds, blankets, food. Hotel staff didn't know directions very well, didn't enforce smoking rules. Nice hotel, needs better staff and to enforce smoking rules.

Comfortable, fit our needs and affordable. Did not like size of room reserved, but easily upgrade at a reasonable rate. Had trouble with road closure and staff was more then willing to help us not get charged if we were unable to travel to Redding Ca.
