Overall Rating:
Good location. No free breakfast and no free parking. In addition, no easily accessible microwave. Spacious but need some additional things.

Underground parking leads to much needed security in a scary downtown location. Old facilities, needs updating. The staff was detached and not interested in customer satisfaction. The facilities need a lot of updating.

Underground parking which adds to security which is important in this area of the city. Overall condition of the hotel is lackluster and in need of updating. Staff was detached and not very interested in customer satisfaction. Facilities were older and in need of updates. Definitely not worth the price paid.
