Convenient location, friendly staff, very nice continental breakfast room.Although we had non-smoking room, there was still a cigarette smell (not in room).Convenient to Rehoboth beach and the outlet stores. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Bathroom very clean. Room for continental breakfast was large, clean and equipped nicely.

I return each year to this hotel because I can expect friendly service & excellent accommodations at a reasonable price.The room had a slightly musty odor this year.
