Close to downtown. Easy to walk everywhere.
The pool and jacuzzi were closed. Would not have selected this hotel if we knew that.
The location of the hotel was excellent; close to restaurants and the river. However, the customer service was poor and the pool and hot tub were closed. If we would have known that there was no hot tub, we would have opted to stay at a different hotel.

Check-in was very easy and staff was helpful.
It's like a cruise ship, you can get lost very easily!
We came from the airport to the hotel and never left. We had a great time. Restaurants were very good, restrooms clean and had hand lotion, very important when in dry areas. Most hotels have stopped this little extra.

Room was not nearly as good as expected.
There was a $3 resort fee (What was that for, the privilege of gambling?). The buffet was expensive and the food only so-so for $35 for two people. I expected better quality food and selection.

No view from window.
No room in the fridge, was pre-stocked with other stuff. Air conditioner would not cool. Bed too soft. Small room.

The room was very nice and clean. The choice or resturants was excellant.
When we came out of the elevator to go get our car you did not have an escalator working. we had to take the stairswhich was difficult for my husband.
Close to downtown. Easy to walk everywhere.
