Clean room.You have to walk through the whole casino to get to the elevator.Very clean, non-smoking room that really didn't smell like smoke. Often casino rooms always smell a little, but this was nice.

Location.Not enough staff for the volume of people served.I had stayed at Harrah's Reno many times in the past always with a good impression of the place. I will never go back there again because of the level of service experienced in many areas (check in, restaurant, valet service were the worst).

The location is great.That they did not have conditioner in the bathroom.The staff was very helpful and I was pleased with my overall experience except that there was no conditioner in the bathroom. I didn't bring any because every hotel I've been to has shampoo and conditioner in the room.
