The desk clerk was very friendly and the lobby was clean. The outside of the motel was very neat, pool clean.The wood work, rug and bathroom floor was very dirty. Clean and inexpensive.Can't think of anything.The external appearance of the hotel on a busy thoroughfare belies the better than average accommodations Near at last one good restaurant (Teagan's) and not far from Albany proper.

The friendly atmosphere, cleanliness and easily accessible.Nothing.This was a pleasant experience with no problems at all with friendly assistance whenever needed.

Convenient.N/AWe were pleased with the accommodations. The location was good; there were plenty of reasonable places to eat. Close to troy. There was a lingering effect of the fact that the room must have been used by smokers in times past.
